I got into this after watching my own family go through some genuinely difficult experiences buying, selling, and renting homes. I saw how much stress the wrong agent can create — and the opportunity to do the opposite: give people the top-tier service they actually deserve.
So I lead with education, not pressure — making sure you understand every step so the decision is always yours. I keep communication fast and clear from the first call to closing, and I negotiate hard on your behalf, whether that's helping a buyer land a home for 9% under asking or getting a seller's listing sold in just two days with multiple offers over asking.
